About the Presentation
Theosophy Raw & Unfiltered is a six-part video presentation initially conducted by Dara Tatray as a webinar for the TS in America.
H. P. Blavatsky and other leading figures in the Theosophical Society have referred to the existence of a continuous stream of guidance reaching out to us from ancient times right up to modern-day Theosophy. In this six-week webinar, Dara will explore the deep roots of Theosophy as they are present in the psychology and cosmology of the Vedas, the Upanishads, and the Patañjali Yoga Sūtras, providing a solid introduction to the main tenets of the ancient wisdom.
About the Presenter
Dara Tatray holds a Ph.D. in the History and Philosophy of Science (UNSW 2006) and has been a student of Theosophy and Vedanta since 1978. A past President of the Australian Section, she is currently the National Secretary of the TS in Australia.
Come along and listen to this knowledgeable talk and enjoy sharing in the group discussion afterward. Even if you only listen to this first talk in the series, you may gain a deeper understanding of the genesis of theosophy and the foundational teachings of the Theosophical Society.
