Experiencing Peace in Times of Uncertainty
About the Presentation
This talk will reflect on ways to experience true peace and lasting
joy, especially in times of uncertainty, much like the current age that we live in. Finding a deep centre of harmony within ourselves can lead to greater meditative awareness in life, giving us a greater sense of fulfillment and contentment amidst rapid change. We will explore together methods to enhance our experience of peace and occasionally pause and meditate on various passages related to this idea. There will be time for discussion, reflection, and sharing along the way.
About the Presenter
Gerard Brennan is a long-standing member of the Theosophical Society with a keen interest in Advaita Vedānta. An English teacher by profession Gerard is a regular volunteer teacher at the Golden Link College in the Philippines, run by the Theosophical Order of Service.
