About the Presentation
The teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda* brought India's ancient wisdom and highest techniques of Meditation to seekers around the world. He gave the scientific means whereby any sincere person through practice can experience personal communion with God. Towards the end of the talk a short period will be spent in guided meditation.
About the Presenters
Helen Wren and Gary Redfearn have been members of SRF* for nearly 30 years and currently serve on the Sydney Centre Co-ordination Committee with Krishna Kumar.
* Self Realization Fellowship founded by Paramahansa Yogananda 1893-1952, the father of Yoga in the west, celebrated its centennial year in 2020.
