About the Presentation
Form is Emptiness and Emptiness is Form — what are we to make of such a statement? Here we look at the essence and meaning of Māhāyāna Buddhism's shortest and most enigmatic sacred text The Heart Sūtra. We will explore how the Sūtra was delivered, its history across cultures and how it is manifested and used in the lived traditions of Buddhism today.
