The role of intent is of utmost importance. Various forms and techniques of meditation are discussed, and the dangers of Tantra practices explained.

Ven. Prof. Samdhong Rinpoche is the Prime Minister of the Tibetan Government in exile and lives in Dharamsala, India. He is the former Director of the Central Institute of Higher Tibetan Studies in Sarnath, India.
