A Theosophical View on Reincarnation
About the Presentation
Theosophy teaches the doctrine of reincarnation which is found in nearly all of the world's great traditions. The law of reincarnation is inseparable from the law of causation. Both point to the growth of the soul over many eternities. Theosophical teaching rejects superstitions such as the rebirth of a human into an animal form and affirms that justice requires a period between incarnations much longer than physical life.
"The soul of the human being is immortal and its future is the future of a thing whose growth and splendor has no limit" (Mabel Collins, The Idyll of the White Lotus)
