A Lamp in a Windless Place: the Play of the Gunas – Linda Oliveira
There is a still point within each of us, which may be all too often obscured. From that deep centre of peace, all things are possible. This talk will include hints from the Hindu teaching of the gunas which may help us to be more aligned with such a state - more equal-minded, more serene and less drawn to extremes; to become like a lamp which shines out upon the world, spreading beneficence and inspiration.
